David Maitre PREC* has proudly served Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, the Tri Cities, Mission, Surrey, Langley, and Abbotsford since 2005. He lives in Maple Ridge with his wife Monique of 25 years and their three children.

After training in mechanical engineering at UBC, David chose a career that combined analytical thinking with meaningful client relationships. That decision led him to real estate, where discipline, strategy, and work ethic directly shape results.

In his first full year, David earned the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Rookie of the Year award, recognizing the top selling new agent by volume across the board. Since then, he has consistently ranked among the top 1 to 2 percent of agents, earning repeated Medallion Club and President’s Club recognition.
