If your home sells for under $500,000, a minimum commission of $9,950 applies, split as $5,450 to us and $4,500 to the buyer agent. For strata properties, the cost of obtaining required strata documents is paid by the seller. There are no additional commission charges or hidden fees unless fully disclosed in writing.
