Do you really provide full service at lower commissions?
Absolutely. We provide everything you'd expect from a full-service agent, from your initial home evaluation right through to closing and possession.
Our services include a detailed market evaluation and pricing strategy, professional photography, video tours, 3D virtual tours, drone photography where appropriate, floor plans, a dedicated property webpage, and extensive exposure through MLS®, Realtor.ca, and other major real estate websites.
We also coordinate showings, provide regular updates throughout the listing, review and present offers, negotiate price and contract terms, guide you through subject removal, and coordinate with the other parties involved to work toward a smooth completion and possession.
With us, the difference isn't the level of service. It's what you pay for it. Our business model allows us to provide premium service, experienced guidance, and professional representation at a fair commission.
How do you charge less and still provide full service? What's the catch?
No catch. We provide the same professional marketing, negotiation, and guidance you'd probably expect from most other full-service agents. We simply believe our fees are fair, and that homeowners should be able to keep more of the equity they've worked so hard to build.
Does the 2% include the buyer's agent's commission?
Yes. Out of the 2%, we keep 1%, and the other 1% is offered to the buyer's brokerage. There are no extra fees. Roughly 98-99% of our sales involve another agent bringing their buyer, demonstrating widespread and routine buyer agent cooperation with our listings.*
What areas do you serve?
