Are you "regular" REALTORS®?
Yes, in every sense.
Do you really provide full service at lower commissions?
Yes. We provide MLS®, Realtor.ca, major real estate websites, professional photography & floorplans, showings, offer strategy, and full contract negotiation.
How do you charge less and still provide full service? What's the catch?
No catch. We provide the same professional marketing, negotiation, and guidance you'd probably expect from most full-service agents. We simply believe our fees are fair, and that homeowners should be able to keep more of the equity they've worked so hard to build.
Does the 2% include the buyer's agent's commission?
Yes. Out of the 2%, we keep 1%, and the other 1% is offered to the buyer's brokerage. There are no extra fees.*
What areas do you serve?
We work primarily throughout Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, the Tri-Cities, Langley, and Mission. If you're nearby to those areas, we may still be able to help — just reach out and ask.
