We understand the concern. Many people have been told their whole lives that you get what you pay for. In some industries, that is true. In real estate, commission does not automatically determine effort, skill, or negotiation strength. Service quality is shaped by the individual agent’s standards, systems, and experience, not simply the percentage charged. Our fee is lower because we built a leaner model and chose to pass the savings to our clients, not because we reduce service. The marketing, negotiation, communication, and process remain the same. For strata properties, the cost of obtaining required strata documents is paid by the seller.
